A few years back we identified a business opportunity that would aid us in achieving a dream, one of owning a house in Northern Italy at the feet of the Alps mountains.
The economy of Northern Italy suffered badly in the recent pandemic, so much that the houses that would have costed 250 thousand euros, now cost 100 thousand. More recently though, prices have been steadily increasing.
We made ties with leading real-estate companies, banks, notaries, electricity companies and professionals who can renovate the house or preform any other task needed.
The houses can used as summer resorts for the family or be put up for rent.
About Buying A House
Before buying a house in Italy you'll need access to:
-An Italian lawyer that can assess the legal status of the house.
-An Italian notary that can formulate and edit an agreement between the buyer and the seller and also report your dealings to the responsible authorities, legalizing your transactions.
-A notary from your own country to check the contract ,pay the proper taxes and informing all the legal parties involved (you can save money by knowing how to take the right steps).
The buying process is complicated and requires the aid of professionals.
About Biella
Biella is a beautiful town in Northern Italy, situated at the foot the alps mountains, contains 45 thousand residents, a quiet town which has shopping centers (Macdonalds, Burger King, C&A, Decathlon, Pandora....), hospitals, university, lakes and a low cost of living.
Its an hours drive from Milan, an hour and a half drive to Swiss Como and an hour and a half drive from France and the famous skiing town of Chamonix, in front of the Mont Blanc.
in its mountains sits the cathedral of OROPA which tourists from all the world come to see.
